14 Flexible Gold Coast Meeting & Conference Rooms
Located on the ground floor of the Main Tower is the Norfolk, Kauri and Cypress meeting rooms. Together they form the Grand Ballroom with a total area of 485 square metres.
All rooms are pillar free with high ceilings. The Norfolk room has impressive chandelier lighting that can be adjusted to create the desired atmosphere. The room features an elevated audio-visual booth and allows for extensive lighting and production requirements. All rooms are served by a pre-function area that can be utilised for meal breaks and exhibitions as required.
On the first mezzanine floor is the spacious Phoenix room with natural light and a balcony overlooking the tropical pool and cascading gardens. The pre-function area provides a private space for delegates to relax or confer during breaks.
The Waratah room is the perfect room for your conference dinner or company workshop. Its large undercover balcony overlooks the Gold Tower terrace, pool and spa.
As their botanical names suggest, the Acacia, Banksia, Boronia and Orchid rooms are well lit venues with floor to ceiling windows. The Acacia room is the largest of the four and is perfect for a medium-sized company meeting. The Banksia, Boronia and Orchid rooms are stylish board and breakout rooms.
Located between the two towers Monaco room is the ideal venue for cocktail receptions and informal meetings. The adjacent Monaco II is a space perfect for large breakouts.
Located in the hotel grounds, the Chapel is a non-denominational venue with removable pews allowing any room configuration you require. Whether it be a special themed VIP dinner or an additional breakout room.
