Can I have a ceremony only at the hotel?

Yes our chapel and chapel lawn are available for a 2 hour time period for your ceremony only. This includes use of the hotel grounds for photos.

I would like an outdoor ceremony however what happens if it rains?

Should you choose an outdoor ceremony on the lawn we will also book our chapel as your wet weather back up.

Can I have a rehearsal?

Complimentary use of the chapel for your rehearsal is available. Times are subject to availability.

Can I have my wedding reception in Four Winds 360° Revolving Restaurant?

Four Winds is available for wedding receptions. A minimum of 120 guests is required for exclusive use. There are varied options and packages available. To discuss further, please contact our Wedding Coordinator.

Do you cater for small wedding receptions?

Our fully inclusive buffet and plated wedding packages are available from only 35 adult guests and our cocktail package from 30 adult guests. For small intimate weddings and elopements, we can also customise a package to suit your requirements.

I don’t what all in the inclusions of a package

Our packages do offer some flexibility however in the case that the package is not suitable we can also customise a package to meet your requirements and budget.

Can I design my own menu?

You may choose to offer suggestions or request to theme your menu such as degustation, Indian or French for example.  Our Wedding Coordinator and team of international chefs can assist you to design the perfect menu. Additional charges may apply.

Can I have a menu tasting?

Menu tastings are available for plated options only. Charged at $160 per couple the menu tasting includes 2 entrées, 2 main courses and 2 desserts and in addition a glass each of the white wine, red wine and sparkling wine included in your package.

Do you offer a discount on accommodation for my guests?

Special rates are made available to all wedding guests for all room types.

Is car parking available for my guests?

Yes, the car park entrance is located at the end of the hotel via the Gold Coast Highway and casual car parking rates apply. Valet parking is also available at the cost of $25.00 per day and can be arranged through concierge. For Self Parking, proceed directly to the boom gate for car park entry. Please note the maximum height is 2.0 metres.

How much of a deposit do I need to pay?

At the time of contracting your booking we will require a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit. Further scheduled payments are outlined in your contract. You may also make regular payments in the lead up to the wedding.

When do I need to advise final numbers?

Final numbers and payment is required 3 days prior to the wedding date.
