To ensure your event runs smoothly and with a high level of professionalism, we will assign a team suitable for the number of guests in attendance. Our staff service a minimum of 4 hour period, including all chefs, wait staff and bartenders.
A security bond on hire against breakages, damages or theft will be added to the final amount due 3 days prior to the event. The bond is relative to the size of event and will be refunded within 7 days after the event once all goods are checked.
The team intends to visit all new venues in the lead up to your event to effectively plan and ensure all details are covered. Further information will be issued after this occurs to complete a detailed Banquet Event Order which will outline all event details.
The experienced team can arrange a variety of additional services upon request. Additional services provided by Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise include but are not limited to the following:
- Event Styling and Themeing
- Entertainment including DJ’s, Bands and Performers
- Audiovisual and Lighting
- Equipment Hire
- Discounted Accommodation Rates at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise
Charges may be incurred for some services. If the function is cancelled, such service charges are the responsibility of and payable by the Customer. Please advise if you wish to gain further information on additional services that can be provided.
