We are located on the Southern end of Surfers Paradise on the Broadbeach border.
Do you offer car parking in your hotel?
Yes, the car park entrance is located at the end of the hotel via the Gold Coast Highway. Valet parking is also available at the cost of $25.00 per day and can be arranged through concierge. For Self Parking, proceed directly to the boom gate for car park entry. Please note the maximum height is 2.0 metres.
Can I have a rehearsal?
Complimentary use of the chapel for your rehearsal is available. Times are subject to availability.
Can I have my wedding reception in Four Winds 360° Revolving Restaurant?

How do I get to/ from the Airport to your hotel?
There is an Airport shuttle service available which picks up at the hotel/ airport and taxis are also available. The concierge can arrange these services. Please allow 1 hour prior to flight departure for check-in for domestic flights and 2 hours for international flights.
What is the hotel unaccompanied minors policy?
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent, step-parent, guardian or other adult who has parental rights and responsibilities for the under 18 year old guest.
If a guest is found to be a person under the age of 18 who is not accompanied by a responsible adult Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise may immediately cancel the guest’s booking and the full booking amount will be forfeited to Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise.
Do you offer free WiFi?

What is the difference between the Main Tower and the Gold Tower?
The Main Tower is located above reception and offers a variety of up-scale hotel rooms.
The Gold Tower comprises of up-scale hotel rooms, self-contained apartments, studios, suites and a two bedroom penthouse. The Towers are connected by an undercover walkway. All guests are to check in at the Main Tower.
Do you have a swimming pool?
There are two swimming pools, accessible through the lobby in each tower – both are open from 7:00am to 9:00pm daily. The Gold Tower pool is heated. Guests may use either pool regardless of which tower they are staying in.
How far is it to the beach?
A patrolled beach is approximately 200 metres from the hotel. Exit the hotel and turn left down First Avenue, the beach is located at the end.p>
Do you offer Babysitting Services?
Our hotel does not provide a babysitting service, however, Concierge will be happy to provide you with information on reputable agencies.
Can I have luggage stored for the day?
Yes, please contact Concierge during your stay to arrange collection and complimentary storage. Our Gym is available should you want to use the showering facilities.
What time does reception close?
For your convenience, our reception is open 24 hours a day.
What dining options are available in your hotel?
We have six dining options in the hotel including SIFU, Balthazar Wine & Dining, Four Winds 360 Revolving Restaurant, Relish Grill & Bar, First Avenue Tavern and In-Room Dining.
Is there a money change service available?
Yes, most currencies are accepted and travellers cheques can be cashed at Reception. Identification is required.
Do you have Laundry facilities?
Dry Cleaning is available 7 days a week excluding public holidays. Alternatively, we have coin operated washing machines and dryers located on Level B1 of the Main Tower.
Do you have a tennis court?
Yes, located on Level 2 of the Main Tower. Please contact the concierge to check the availability of the tennis courts to make a booking.
Can I book my IHG Rewards night with the Hotel directly?
All rewards/point night bookings need to be booked directly with IHG Rewards Club by telephone, internet or through your on-line account.
