Where is the hotel located?

You will find us on the border between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.

Do you have an airport shuttle service?

Yes, there is an airport shuttle service that stops at the hotel. We are also able to arrange a taxi for you on your behalf.

How near to the beach are you?

The beach is located just 200 metres from the hotel. Simply turn left onto First Avenue and it’s at the end of the road.

Where do I need to check-in?

Check-in is at Reception at the hotel; accessed via Gold Coast Highway

Do you have on-site parking?

Absolutely! We have a variety of parking options from self-parking to valet parking.

Rooms and facilities

Is there a swimming pool?

We have two pools at the hotel. Guests are free to use both.

Do you offer early check-in and late checkout?

Yes. This is subject to availability and will need to be confirmed at the time of booking. This can be confirmed by contacting us directly.

Do all rooms come with an ocean view?

No. Some of our rooms are city view. To be guaranteed of an ocean room, please book one of our ocean view rooms. *Subject to availability.

Do you have any smoking rooms?

No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in our hotel. While smoking outside of the hotel premises is allowed, it should be noted that any public areas such as the gardens and the pool area are off-limits.

Do you allow pets at the hotel?

At Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, we operate a pet-free policy. The only animals allowed to stay at the hotel are registered assistance animals.


What dining facilities do you have available?

Our on-site restaurant, Relish Bar & Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In-room dining is also available. Four Winds 360 Revolving Restaurant is currently under renovations and is set to reopen mid 2022.

Are your restaurants child-friendly?

Absolutely. All of our hotel dining facilities cater to both adults and children with a range of children’s meals and small portion sizes available.

Do you have room service?

Our in-room dining lets you order a wide variety of delicious and fresh meals that are delivered directly to your room. Enjoy your meal on your furnished balcony or in front of the TV. The choice is yours.

What time is breakfast served?

Our buffet breakfast is served in Relish Restaurant from 6.30am-10.30am 7 days a week

Do you have vegetarian and vegan options available?

Yes. We are able to cater to all dietary requirements. Our menus feature a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. If you have any allergies or intolerances, our reception will be able to assist you.
