Working in the hospitality industry for a long time, we’ve got used to a lot of similar questions that our visitors tend to ask us. Here we’ve compiled all of those into one comprehensive list, for everyone’s convenience!
Can our organization book your hotel for our annual conference?
While that is possible, it may prove to be difficult to book all of our hotel rooms at the same time.
We’re usually quite overbooked, which on par with a considerably small number of rooms available in the hotel accounts to a waiting booking list.
If your party is planning to attend soon, please book us as beforehand as possible!
Do you offer concierge services?
Yes. Those are available for our family room and suites guests.
Do you have a fitness center?
As a rule, we allow only specific types of pets to be admitted into the hotel rooms.
Exceptions for suite guests apply.
Why is your pricing cheaper, as opposed to other Chicago hotels of the same class?
We guess that is the matter of optimizing everything we do, in order to keep both the quality standards and rules and the pricing intact.
Do you have a conference hall for hosting business meetings?
In fact, we have two conference rooms and we cater your business meetings with both food menu items and beverages!
