The Gold Coast is awash with exciting dining options. With so many restaurants serving satisfying meals full of surprising flavours and at reasonable prices, we’ve picked our favourite places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The next time you step out for a bite try indulging in these delicious dishes

Betty’s Burgers

Top off a day at the beach with Betty’s Burgers. Located in the heart of the main strip, this American-style diner meets a classic beach shack and serves heart-warming food at affordable prices. You won’t be able to miss its retro décor.

It’s worth stepping away from the crispy fries to try out their onion rings – you could have both but with  generous servings, you won’t be asking for more. For an unbeatable fan favourite, we recommend Betty’s Classic Burger or  the Shroom Burger.

The Sandwich Bros

With burger joints popping up all over Australia, The Sandwich Bros have taken a different approach. This  recent  dining addition, has been voted an outstanding local favourite for its consistently perfect coffee and overflowing portion sizes.

The skilled chefs at Sandwich Bros provide different salad options every day and refreshing twists on classic meals, yet it’s still their attentive service that makes The Sandwich Bros stand out. You can find them in the middle of the action at 38 Cavill Avenue.

We recommend The Reuben or the Dirty South Sandwich.

Hurricane’s Grill Surfers Paradise

Noted as a brilliant family restaurant, Hurricane’s is an all-rounder for wholesome, good food and huge servings, meaning you get exactly what you pay for. If you’re travelling to Surfers Paradise for business or leisure, look no further than Hurricane’s Grill for great hospitality. This  modern establishment has an array of options from traditional steakhouse to contemporary Australian eats, just tucked away from The Esplanade.

We recommend any of their rib options with a side of sweet potato fries.

Four Winds 360° Revolving Restaurant

The beauty of the Gold Coast is yours to admire from this stunning rooftop restaurant. Don’t miss the novelty of slowly spinning between ocean and mountain views while relishing a quality meal. For lunch and dinner, you can enjoy a mouth-watering seafood and Australia fusion buffet – fresh, locally-sourced produce provided with personalised service and attention to detail that is second to none.

Alternatively, meet friends and family for an afternoon of High Tea in The Sky – from just $39 a head, you’ll feel like royalty, enthralled by views that attract patrons from all over the world. Located above Crowne Plaza, you can find incredible dining options without having to stray far.

We recommend the seafood – it’s so fresh that you can see where it’s sourced!

Chiang Mai Thai

Tourists and locals alike rave about the classic Thai meals at this staple Surfers institution. Opening in 1993, their soaring popularity allowed a second location to open, which Gold Coast patrons are extremely grateful for. The venue is filled with gorgeous aesthetics from Thailand and it is family run, so you can be assured of fantastic service and unwavering quality. You don’t have to travel far; they’re located at 5 Palm Avenue, within walking distance of our hotel

We recommend the Coconut Prawns and Green Curry.
